dP(A)’s redevelopment of the Stirling Leisure Centre (formerly Terry Tyzack) has taken out Facility of the year at the 2025 Leisure Institute of Western Australia (Aquatics) awards. Designed by Donovan Payne Architects with our subconsultant team, highlights of the redevelopment included a new 14 lane, 50m outdoor leisure pool, new shade sails, learn to swim pool, plant room, spectator seating, wet deck and more.

The project focused on renewal of the ageing facility, incorporating new technologies to improve operational efficiency and upgrades to meet modern standards and accessibility needs.
